Because these products are pre-owned, they may show reasonable signs of previous use or age, including minor scratches, marks, cosmetic wear or other imperfections.

We aim to photograph and disclose significant visible imperfections and any known functional issues in the individual product listing.

A cosmetic characteristic or fault that was clearly disclosed before purchase is not considered an undisclosed defect simply because the item is pre-owned.

Vintage and pre-owned electronics may also perform differently from modern devices. Customers are encouraged to read the complete product description and research the relevant camera model before purchasing.

5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Many Soft Pixel Diaries™ products are available in limited quantities, including one-of-one vintage cameras, handmade pieces and limited-release collections.

Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that the item has been reserved.

In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution, including a refund where required.

6. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices displayed on softpixeldiaries.com are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where there has been an obvious pricing or technical error and applicable law permits us to correct it.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may be provided by third-party payment processors.

If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.

9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather and other logistical disruptions.

10. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CHANGE OF MIND

Soft Pixel Diaries™ does not generally offer refunds or exchanges solely because a customer changes their mind, chooses the wrong item or no longer wants the product, unless otherwise stated in our Returns & Refund Policy.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and whether the problem is major or minor.
